Delete your account in the app
- Open ReKNewed Reflections.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings.
- Choose the available Delete Account or account-deletion option.
- Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
If you cannot access the app or need help with a deletion request, email [email protected].
What is deleted
When an account deletion request is completed, ReKNewed will delete or disassociate personal account data and user content associated with that account as reasonably required. This may include:
- Account profile information associated with the ReKNewed account
- Sermon notes, Bible study notes, and ReKNewed reflections
- Scripture connections, favorites, and saved content
- Uploaded images and PDF files stored with the account
- OCR-extracted text and related stored content
Information that may be retained
Some limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for technical, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, legal, or compliance purposes. Temporary backup copies may also remain for a limited period before normal backup rotation removes them.
Subscriptions and billing
Deleting your ReKNewed account does not necessarily cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription.
To stop future subscription charges, manage or cancel the subscription through the same app store account used to purchase it.
ReKNewed uses RevenueCat to help manage subscription status and entitlements. Account deletion may include cleanup of related service records where appropriate, but app-store billing is controlled by Google Play or Apple.
